Workshop Policies

 Enrollment is limited to 48 participants.  Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis with priority given to previous participants. Registrations must be received on or before June 1, 2008. The registration form must be accompanied by a Deposit of $100.00 (non refundable after
June 1, 2008).  The entire balance of Tuition will be due by June 22, 2008 or a late fee of $30.00 will be added. For cancellations by July 1, 2008, refund is 100% less deposit. No refunds after July 1, 2008

2. Print the form and fill it out.
3. Mail with your deposit to the address on the form.
